DJ CHEF Marc Weiss to host & perform at Vegas Hospitally Week March 2010!

Great News! I just confirmed I will host & perform at Vegas Hospitaly Week at the Vegas Convention Center March 7-10 2010! 3 major events will take place at the same time; Vegas Bar & Nightlife Show, Vegas International Restaurant Show & the Vegas Hotel Show. I will have a custom DJ CHEF party kitchen stage right in the middle of all 3 shows complete with plasma screens, lighting, full stainless steel kitchen and professional dancers! DJ CHEF hosts the Greater NY Wine & Food Festival, Tarrytown, NY

I hosted "Chef's UnCorked" the kick-off party of Greater NY Wine & Food Festival in Tarrytown, NY this past weekend, It was alot of fun and a great turn out. Top Chef's Leah Cohen and Maria Rodrigez squared off in an Iron Chef cook-off. Leah the home town girl won!

My friend CW 11 / PIX Morning news reporter Jill Nicolini asked me to rock out her birthday party last Saturday night. I deejayed and served up my famous BBQ Chicken & Roasted Vegetable Quesadillas with Cheddar & Jack Cheeses served up on mult-colored CD covers...of course ;-)

Jill knows how to throw a party, I was at her party last year and I think this one took the title of most fun Nicolini Party! :-)
